Where does JMX ship?
JMX currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping services and destination eligibility are shown during checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 2 to 5 business days. After shipment, standard United States delivery is generally estimated to take approximately 2 to 4 business days.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Holidays, promotional periods, carrier delays, weather, address issues, and other circumstances may result in additional time.
How much does shipping cost?
Current standard shipping rates are:
Orders weighing up to 1 pound: $5.99
Orders weighing more than 1 pound and up to 3 pounds: $8.99
Orders weighing more than 3 pounds and up to 5 pounds: $12.99
Qualifying orders over $50 receive free standard shipping.

How can I track my order?
When tracking information becomes available, a shipping confirmation will generally be sent to the email address or telephone number associated with your order.
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label has been created. A shipping label does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already received or scanned the package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support@jmxbrand.com immediately after placing your order if you need to request a cancellation, address correction, product change, flavor change, or other adjustment.
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be completed. Once an order has been prepared, labeled, packaged, or transferred for fulfillment, it cannot ordinarily be changed or canceled.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Products included in the same order may be processed or fulfilled separately. Your order may arrive in multiple packages, through different carriers, or on different dates.
Separate tracking numbers may be provided. You will not ordinarily be charged additional shipping solely because JMX or its fulfillment provider divides one order into multiple shipments.
What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I cannot find it?
First confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct. Check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building staff, reception personnel, or mailroom personnel.
You should also contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
After completing those steps, contact support@jmxbrand.com with your order number and any information provided by the carrier. JMX will review the available tracking information and assist where reasonably possible.
Returns & Order Issues
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
Due to the health, safety, and quality standards associated with ingestible supplements and personal wellness products, all purchases made directly from JMX are final.
JMX does not accept returns or exchanges, including for unopened products, once an order has been processed or transferred for fulfillment.
Approved claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products will generally be resolved with a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided, JMX may issue store credit.
Refunds to the original payment method are provided only when required by applicable law. Please review our complete Refund Policy for additional information.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?
Contact support@jmxbrand.com within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Include your full name, order number, affected product, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, shipping package, shipping label, and any visible damage or leaking.
Keep the product, packaging, shipping materials, and shipping label until your claim has been reviewed.
Can I receive a replacement or store credit if I do not like the flavor or do not experience the results I expected?
No. Flavor, taste, texture, scent, personal preference, individual results, and a product not meeting personal expectations do not qualify for a return, replacement, refund, or store credit.

Do not exceed the recommended serving. Do not use a product if its safety seal is damaged, broken, or missing.

JMX offers products with different ingredients, serving amounts, purposes, and warnings. Combining products may result in overlapping ingredients or servings.
