REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the health, safety, and quality standards associated with ingestible supplements, powders, gummies, capsules, drops, and personal wellness products, all purchases made directly from JMX are final.
JMX does not accept returns or exchanges, including for unopened products, once an order has been processed or transferred to the fulfillment facility. Products that have left the fulfillment facility cannot be restocked or resold.
Except where required by applicable law, JMX does not provide refunds to the original payment method.
We do not provide returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit for:

A change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Flavor, taste, texture, scent, color, or personal preference.

Ordering the wrong product, flavor, quantity, or size.

Duplicate orders caused by customer error.
-
A product not meeting personal expectations.
-
Individual health, wellness, fitness, beauty, energy, sleep, relaxation, digestive, metabolic, weight management, cognitive, intimate wellness, or other results.

Failure to review the product description, ingredients, Supplement Facts, suggested use, serving information, allergens, or warnings before purchasing.

Products purchased using a discount code, promotional offer, rewards, store credit, gift card, or during a sale.
-
Products that have been opened, used, altered, tampered with, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging.

Refused deliveries, failure to retrieve a package, or an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, appears defective upon arrival, is different from the item ordered, or is missing from the delivered package, contact JMX within 30 calendar days after delivery at:

Clear photographs of the product.

Clear photographs of the shipping package and shipping label.

Photographs showing any visible damage, leaking, broken safety seal, incorrect item, or other relevant issue.
Please retain the product, packaging, shipping materials, and shipping label until your claim has been fully reviewed. We may be unable to approve a claim if the product or packaging has been discarded or if the requested photographs and information are not provided.
Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. JMX will review each request based on the information provided, available shipping records, and the circumstances of the order.
APPROVED CLAIMS
When an eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product claim is approved, JMX will generally provide a replacement of the affected item at no additional charge.
If a replacement is unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided, JMX may issue JMX store credit equal to the amount paid for the affected item.
Store credit:

May be used only toward eligible future purchases made directly through the official JMX website.

Is connected to the customer account or email address to which it is issued.
-
Is not transferable.
-
Is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Cannot be applied retroactively to a previous purchase.
Shipping charges are not ordinarily included in store credit unless JMX determines that including them is appropriate or applicable law requires otherwise.
JMX does not issue monetary refunds for buyer’s remorse, flavor or taste preferences, ordering mistakes, personal expectations, individual results, or any other reason excluded under this policy.
A refund to the original payment method will be provided only when required by applicable law. This may include circumstances in which:

JMX cancels an order or item because it cannot be fulfilled.

JMX cannot ship an order within the legally required or promised period and the customer does not agree to the delay.

Merchandise cannot be delivered or a replacement cannot legally or reasonably be provided.

JMX must correct a duplicate, unauthorized, or improper charge.

Another consumer remedy is required by applicable law and cannot lawfully be replaced with store credit.
Any legally required refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted.
Contact support@jmxbrand.com immediately if you need to request a cancellation, address correction, flavor change, product change, or other adjustment.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled, edited, redirected, or changed after it has been placed.
Once an order has been accepted, prepared, labeled, packaged, or transferred to the fulfillment facility, it cannot ordinarily be canceled or modified.
If JMX approves a customer requested cancellation before processing begins, JMX may issue store credit for the amount paid unless applicable law requires a refund to the original payment method.
If JMX cancels an order because an item is unavailable, cannot be fulfilled, or cannot be shipped within the required timeframe, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be returned to the original payment method when required by law.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Do not send products to JMX, the manufacturer, the fulfillment facility, or any address displayed on a package without first receiving written authorization from JMX Customer Support.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, processed, replaced, credited, or refunded.
JMX is not responsible for products or packages mailed without authorization. Sending an unauthorized return does not create an obligation for JMX to issue a replacement, refund, exchange, or store credit.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first:

Confirm that the shipping address entered with the order is correct.

Check around the delivery location, including side doors, porches, garages, mailboxes, and other secure areas.

Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, reception personnel, or mailroom personnel.

Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
You may then contact support@jmxbrand.com so that we can review the available tracking information and provide reasonable assistance.
A package marked as delivered is not automatically eligible for replacement or store credit.
Claims involving theft, carrier delivery, package loss, or an incorrect address will be reviewed individually and may be subject to the carrier’s investigation, documentation requirements, and applicable shipping terms.
JMX is not responsible for theft or loss that occurs after a carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided with the order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.
JMX is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an address error, refusal, failure to retrieve the package, or another issue attributable to the customer, JMX may, at its discretion:

Offer reshipment after the customer pays any applicable shipping and handling costs.

Issue store credit for the eligible product amount, excluding original shipping charges and any return or handling costs.

Decline a replacement or credit when the returned product cannot safely be restocked or resold.
ADVERSE REACTIONS AND PRODUCT CONCERNS
If you experience an adverse reaction or health concern while using a product, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Seek emergency medical assistance immediately for any serious or life threatening reaction.

Any relevant photographs.
An adverse reaction, allergy, sensitivity, interaction, intolerance, or individual response does not automatically qualify an order for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Each product safety report will be reviewed appropriately. Nothing in this policy limits any reporting, safety, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
PURCHASES FROM THIRD PARTY SELLERS
This policy applies only to products purchased directly through the official JMX website.
Products purchased through Amazon, TikTok Shop, another marketplace, a physical retailer, a third party website, or another independent seller are governed by that seller’s applicable return, exchange, refund, and customer service policies.
Requests involving third party purchases must be submitted to the seller from whom the product was purchased.
JMX cannot issue a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit for a transaction for which JMX did not directly receive payment, except where expressly agreed to in writing or required by law.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact support@jmxbrand.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that JMX has an opportunity to review and address the issue.
Initiating a chargeback does not expand or replace the remedies available under this policy.
JMX reserves the right to provide order confirmations, shipping records, delivery confirmations, communications, policy disclosures, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, banks, card networks, and financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.
Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargebacks may result in the restriction or cancellation of future purchasing privileges, subject to applicable law.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer right, warranty, remedy, or legal protection that cannot lawfully be limited, waived, or excluded.
Where applicable law requires a remedy different from the remedy stated in this policy, JMX will provide the legally required remedy.
JMX reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
