These JMX Loyalty Program Terms (β€œLoyalty Terms”) govern participation in JMX Loyalty, including the earning and redemption of JMX Points, VIP tiers, referral rewards, free-product rewards, and related benefits.

JMX Loyalty is operated by JMX Brand LLC (β€œJMX,” β€œwe,” β€œus,” or β€œour”). By creating a JMX Loyalty account, earning or redeeming JMX Points, participating in the referral program, or otherwise using a JMX Loyalty benefit, you agree to these Loyalty Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms presented with a particular reward or promotion.

π—˜π—Ÿπ—œπ—šπ—œπ—•π—œπ—Ÿπ—œπ—§π—¬

JMX Loyalty is available to individual customers who maintain a valid JMX customer account and provide accurate account information.

Participation is intended for personal, noncommercial use. Wholesale purchasers, resellers, distributors, businesses, purchasing agents, and persons purchasing products for resale are not eligible unless JMX expressly approves their participation in writing.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to participate. The program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

No purchase is required to create a JMX Loyalty account. Certain methods of earning points or receiving benefits require an eligible purchase or other qualifying action.

π—˜π—‘π—₯π—’π—Ÿπ—Ÿπ— π—˜π—‘π—§ 𝗔𝗑𝗗 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗒𝗨𝗑𝗧𝗦

Enrollment in JMX Loyalty is free. A customer must create or use an eligible JMX customer account to participate.

Each person may maintain only one JMX Loyalty account. Accounts, points, rewards, referral links, tier status, and benefits may not be shared, sold, transferred, assigned, combined, inherited, or exchanged between customers or accounts.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information

  • Keeping your login credentials secure

  • Preventing unauthorized access to your account

  • Promptly notifying JMX of suspected unauthorized activity

  • Ensuring that the email address connected to your account remains active and accessible

JMX is not responsible for points, rewards, or benefits that are lost or used because of unauthorized account access that was not caused by JMX.

Creating duplicate accounts or using multiple identities, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or other information to obtain additional points, referral rewards, or program benefits is prohibited.

𝗝𝗠𝗫 π—£π—’π—œπ—‘π—§π—¦

The loyalty currency used by the program is called a β€œJMX Point” or β€œJMX Points.”

JMX Points:

  • Are promotional loyalty benefits only

  • Have no cash value

  • Are not legal tender or stored value

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be withdrawn from an account

  • Cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or traded

  • Cannot be applied to a previous purchase

  • Cannot be used outside JMX

  • Do not constitute the property of a member

The value of JMX Points exists only through the rewards made available by JMX at the time of redemption. Rewards, redemption values, merchandise requirements, and point requirements may change as permitted under these Loyalty Terms.

Unless JMX expressly states otherwise, points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift cards, taxes, shipping charges, tips, donations, fees, or other excluded amounts.

π—ͺ𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗧𝗒 π—˜π—”π—₯𝗑 π—£π—’π—œπ—‘π—§π—¦

Members may earn JMX Points through qualifying activities displayed on the JMX Loyalty page or in their customer account.

Current earning opportunities may include:

Joining JMX Loyalty

Members may receive 25 points after successfully joining the program. This is a one-time reward per eligible customer.

Placing an Eligible Order

Members may earn points based on the eligible merchandise subtotal actually paid after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

The standard earning rates are:

  • Thrive: 1 point per eligible $1 spent

  • Flourish: 1 point per eligible $1 spent

  • Radiance: 1.25 points per eligible $1 spent

  • Icon: 1.5 points per eligible $1 spent

When a purchase includes a partial dollar amount, the number of points awarded may be rounded according to the program platform’s calculation rules.

Points are based on the member’s tier and the program rules in effect when the eligible transaction is processed. Subscription purchases may earn points based on the discounted merchandise amount actually paid.

Writing a Verified Review

Members may receive 20 points for an eligible verified written review, subject to a maximum of 40 review points per order.

Review points are awarded for submitting an honest review and are not conditioned on the review being positive. Reviews must reflect the reviewer’s genuine experience and comply with our review guidelines.

Reviews that are false, misleading, copied, unrelated to the product, generated primarily to earn points, submitted through duplicate accounts, or otherwise violate our policies are not eligible. JMX may remove the review, withhold or reverse points, or restrict the member’s account.

Where required, the review or its presentation may include a disclosure indicating that the reviewer received or was offered loyalty points.

No additional points are currently awarded for social login, photographs, or videos unless JMX expressly announces otherwise.

Referring a Friend

A member may receive 100 points after an eligible referred customer completes a qualifying order and that order is approved.

Referral eligibility and restrictions are described in the Referral Program section below.

Birthday Reward

Members who provide an eligible birth month and day may receive 50 points once per calendar year.

Birthday information must be entered accurately and sufficiently in advance for the reward to be processed. Birthday rewards cannot be repeatedly obtained by changing the birth date connected to an account. JMX may decline or reverse birthday points when information appears inaccurate, duplicated, manipulated, or submitted for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards.

Additional earning opportunities may be introduced, changed, limited, or discontinued from time to time. The JMX Loyalty page and member account will display the currently available earning rules.

π—£π—’π—œπ—‘π—§ 𝗔𝗣𝗣π—₯π—’π—©π—”π—Ÿ 𝗔𝗑𝗗 π—£π—’π—¦π—§π—œπ—‘π—š

Points do not necessarily appear immediately after a qualifying activity.

Purchase points and referral points are generally subject to a seven-day approval delay. Other earning activities may be credited immediately or after a review period.

Points shown as pending are not available for redemption until they have been approved and posted to the member’s account.

JMX may delay, withhold, reject, cancel, or reverse points while verifying:

  • Payment completion

  • Order fulfillment

  • Referral eligibility

  • Review eligibility

  • Account ownership

  • Returned, canceled, disputed, or refunded transactions

  • Suspected fraud, abuse, or technical errors

  • Compliance with these Loyalty Terms

Members are responsible for ensuring they are signed in to the correct account or use the email address connected to their loyalty account when completing a qualifying purchase or activity.

If points do not appear, contact JMX Support within 90 days of the qualifying activity. You may be required to provide an order number, receipt, email address, or other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.

π—₯π—˜π—§π—¨π—₯𝗦, π—₯π—˜π—™π—¨π—‘π——π—¦, π—–π—”π—‘π—–π—˜π—Ÿπ—Ÿπ—”π—§π—œπ—’π—‘π—¦, 𝗔𝗑𝗗 π——π—œπ—¦π—£π—¨π—§π—˜π—¦

Points connected to an order may be withheld or reversed if the order or any portion of it is:

  • Canceled

  • Refunded

  • Returned

  • Charged back

  • Disputed

  • Determined to be fraudulent

  • Otherwise found ineligible

For a partial return or refund, JMX may reverse the proportional number of points associated with the affected merchandise.

If points earned from an order have already been redeemed before the order is returned, canceled, refunded, or disputed, the member’s account may have a negative point balance. Future points may be applied toward that negative balance before additional rewards can be redeemed.

Any reward, discount, free product, or other benefit used on a returned order will not necessarily be restored or reissued. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable through JMX Loyalty unless required by law or expressly approved by JMX.

π—£π—’π—œπ—‘π—§ π—˜π—«π—£π—œπ—₯π—”π—§π—œπ—’π—‘

JMX Points expire after 12 months without loyalty activity.

Eligible loyalty activity generally includes earning or redeeming points. When a member completes qualifying loyalty activity, the expiration period for the member’s remaining point balance resets.

If no qualifying activity occurs for 12 consecutive months, the remaining point balance may expire and be removed from the member’s account.

Expired points will not be restored except where required by law or when JMX determines that the expiration resulted from a verified system error.

JMX may send expiration reminders as a courtesy, but members are responsible for monitoring their balances and expiration status. Failure to receive a reminder does not prevent points from expiring.

π—₯π—˜π——π—˜π—˜π— π—œπ—‘π—š 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗛 π—₯π—˜π—ͺ𝗔π—₯𝗗𝗦

Members may redeem points for eligible purchase discounts when sufficient points are available.

The current base redemption structure is:

  • 100 points for $5 off

  • 200 points for $10 off

  • 300 points for $15 off

  • 400 points for $20 off

Additional amounts may be available in 100-point increments.

The minimum eligible merchandise subtotal increases with the value of the reward. The current requirement is $34 in eligible merchandise for every $5 redeemed. For example:

  • A $5 reward requires at least $34 in eligible merchandise

  • A $10 reward requires at least $68 in eligible merchandise

  • A $15 reward requires at least $102 in eligible merchandise

  • A $20 reward requires at least $136 in eligible merchandise

Taxes, shipping, gift cards, fees, excluded products, and other nonqualifying amounts do not count toward the minimum merchandise subtotal.

A reward code is generally valid for 60 days after redemption unless a different period is displayed when the reward is issued.

Once points are converted into a reward code, the points may not be returned merely because the member:

  • Changes their mind

  • Does not use the reward

  • Allows the reward to expire

  • Loses or deletes the reward email

  • Fails to meet the purchase requirement

  • Attempts to combine the reward with an ineligible promotion

JMX may restore a reward or points when a verified technical error occurred, but restoration is not guaranteed.

Rewards are limited to the member who redeemed them and may not be sold, transferred, shared, published, reproduced, or used by another customer.

Unless JMX expressly states otherwise, JMX Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with:

  • Other order discounts

  • Product discounts

  • Shipping discounts

  • Referral discounts

  • Subscription discounts

  • Promotional codes

  • Other loyalty rewards

Only one reward or discount code may generally be used on an eligible order.

A member may redeem multiple different rewards over time, but that does not mean multiple rewards can be applied to the same order.

The checkout system’s acceptance or rejection of a discount controls whether a particular combination is available. An accidental or temporary technical ability to combine discounts does not create a continuing right to do so.

𝗙π—₯π—˜π—˜-𝗣π—₯𝗒𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧 π—₯π—˜π—ͺ𝗔π—₯𝗗𝗦

Members may redeem points for designated free-product rewards when those rewards are available.

The current free-product reward options are:

400 Points β€” Adaptogen Immunity Drops

Limited to one redemption per eligible member during each 365-day period.

600 Points β€” Colostrum Powder

Limited to one redemption per eligible member during each 365-day period.

800 Points β€” NAD+ Cellular Support

Limited to one redemption per eligible member during each 365-day period.

Each free-product reward is generally available to all loyalty tiers and is subject to a 60-day redemption period after the reward is issued.

Free-product rewards are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Shipping availability and destination restrictions

  • Applicable taxes

  • Shipping charges

  • The annual redemption limit

  • Account and order verification

  • These Loyalty Terms

  • Any additional requirements displayed with the reward

β€œFree product” refers to the merchandise price of the designated product. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable fees may still apply.

A free-product reward cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted for another product, or applied as a credit toward a different item unless JMX expressly permits it.

If a designated reward product is unavailable, JMX may temporarily hide or suspend the reward, delay fulfillment, restore the redeemed points, offer a reasonably comparable substitute, or cancel the reward.

Product substitutions are not guaranteed, and members may not demand a cash payment based on a product’s advertised retail value.

A member may redeem each designated free-product reward no more than once during its applicable 365-day period. Redeeming one free-product reward does not prevent the member from redeeming a different eligible free-product reward, provided the member has enough points and complies with all applicable limits.

π—©π—œπ—£ π—§π—œπ—˜π—₯𝗦

JMX Loyalty includes four spending-based VIP tiers:

Thrive

Begins at $0 in qualifying merchandise spending and currently earns 1 point per eligible $1 spent.

Flourish

Begins at $300 in qualifying merchandise spending and currently earns 1 point per eligible $1 spent.

Radiance

Begins at $750 in qualifying merchandise spending and currently earns 1.25 points per eligible $1 spent.

Icon

Begins at $1,500 in qualifying merchandise spending and currently earns 1.5 points per eligible $1 spent.

Tier qualification is based on eligible merchandise spending during a rolling 12-month period.

As purchases move outside the rolling 12-month period, a member’s qualifying spend may decrease. Members may advance to a higher tier or move to a lower tier depending on their eligible spending during the applicable rolling period.

Redeeming points does not reduce qualifying tier spend.

Tier spending generally excludes:

  • Taxes

  • Shipping charges

  • Gift-card purchases

  • Refunded or canceled merchandise

  • Returned merchandise

  • Fraudulent or disputed transactions

  • Other excluded amounts

Tier status, earning rates, thresholds, and benefits are subject to change as permitted under these Loyalty Terms.

Points may take time to post, and tier upgrades or changes may not occur immediately after an order is placed.

π—₯π—˜π—™π—˜π—₯π—₯π—”π—Ÿ 𝗣π—₯π—’π—šπ—₯𝗔𝗠

Eligible members may receive a personal referral link to share with friends.

The current referral offer provides:

  • The referred new customer with 10% off their first qualifying order of at least $40 in eligible merchandise

  • The referring member with 100 JMX Points after the referred order is completed, approved, and satisfies all eligibility requirements

The referred-customer discount generally expires 30 days after it is issued and cannot be combined with other order, product, shipping, subscription, referral, promotional, or loyalty discounts.

The standard referral attribution period is 90 days. The referred customer may need to complete the qualifying purchase through the referral link, use the associated email address, or otherwise satisfy the referral platform’s attribution requirements.

A referral is eligible only when:

  • The referred person is a genuine new JMX customer

  • The referred person has not previously purchased from JMX

  • The referred person uses accurate information

  • The qualifying order meets the stated minimum merchandise requirement

  • The order is successfully paid, completed, and approved

  • The order is not returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back

  • The referral is properly attributed to the referring member

  • Both participants comply with these Loyalty Terms

Referral points are generally awarded seven days after the qualifying referred order, subject to verification.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Referring yourself

  • Creating or controlling the referred customer’s account

  • Using duplicate or fabricated accounts

  • Referring members of the same household solely to obtain rewards

  • Using your own payment method, billing information, shipping information, device, or identity to complete a referred purchase

  • Posting referral links on coupon, deal, cashback, or code-sharing websites

  • Purchasing advertisements that use JMX trademarks or impersonate JMX

  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam

  • Making false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about JMX or its products

  • Manipulating cookies, attribution, email addresses, devices, payment information, or account details

  • Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or other artificial methods

  • Participating in referral exchanges designed primarily to generate rewards

  • Returning or canceling orders after obtaining referral benefits

  • Engaging in any activity that JMX reasonably considers abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the referral program

Referral links may be shared personally and organically with friends, family, and genuine contacts. When publicly promoting a referral link or recommending JMX in exchange for a potential reward, the referrer must clearly disclose that they may receive JMX Points if someone purchases through the link.

There is no predetermined limit on legitimate eligible referrals unless JMX displays a specific limit. JMX may nevertheless review unusually high referral activity and withhold rewards while determining whether the activity is legitimate.

JMX has sole discretion, exercised reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, to determine whether a referral satisfies the program requirements.

By enrolling in JMX Loyalty, you agree that JMX may send transactional and program-related communications concerning:

  • Your point balance

  • Rewards

  • Tier status

  • Point expiration

  • Referral activity

  • Account changes

  • Program updates

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized use

These operational communications are part of administering the program and may be sent even when you have opted out of promotional marketing, to the extent permitted by law.

Enrollment in JMX Loyalty does not by itself require you to consent to unrelated promotional email or text marketing. Promotional communications remain subject to the choices and consent mechanisms described in our Privacy Policy.

𝗣π—₯π—œπ—©π—”π—–π—¬

JMX collects and uses personal information to operate JMX Loyalty, verify transactions, calculate points and tier status, deliver rewards, prevent fraud, communicate with members, analyze program performance, and provide personalized experiences.

Participation is subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable privacy or financial-incentive notices.

Information may be processed by service providers that help operate our store, customer accounts, loyalty program, reviews, referrals, email communications, fraud prevention, analytics, and order fulfillment.

Members may request to access, correct, or delete personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Certain requests may affect the member’s ability to participate in JMX Loyalty or may require closure of the loyalty account.

π—˜π—₯π—₯𝗒π—₯𝗦 𝗔𝗑𝗗 π—”π——π—π—¨π—¦π—§π— π—˜π—‘π—§π—¦

JMX may correct point balances, tier status, rewards, referral credits, or account records when an error occurs.

This includes errors caused by:

  • System malfunctions

  • Display errors

  • Duplicate awards

  • Incorrect earning rates

  • Incorrect redemption values

  • Incorrect tier calculations

  • Human error

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Reversed, refunded, or canceled orders

An incorrect point balance, reward value, tier designation, or offer displayed because of an error does not create a right to receive or retain that incorrect benefit.

JMX may require reasonable documentation before making an adjustment.

𝗣π—₯π—’π—›π—œπ—•π—œπ—§π—˜π—— π—”π—–π—§π—œπ—©π—œπ—§π—¬ 𝗔𝗑𝗗 𝗣π—₯π—’π—šπ—₯𝗔𝗠 π—”π—•π—¨π—¦π—˜

Members may not use JMX Loyalty in a fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, disruptive, unlawful, or unintended manner.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Creating duplicate accounts

  • Providing false account or birthday information

  • Manipulating orders, referrals, reviews, returns, or discounts

  • Submitting false or artificial reviews

  • Selling or transferring points or rewards

  • Sharing restricted reward codes

  • Attempting to combine discounts contrary to program rules

  • Circumventing earning or redemption limits

  • Using automated tools or scripts

  • Exploiting technical errors

  • Harassing JMX staff or other members

  • Interfering with operation of the program

  • Violating applicable law or any JMX policy

JMX may investigate suspected abuse and temporarily restrict an account while the investigation is pending.

When JMX reasonably determines that a member has violated these Loyalty Terms, JMX may:

  • Withhold pending points

  • Reverse points

  • Cancel rewards

  • Correct tier status

  • Cancel referral credit

  • Suspend or close the loyalty account

  • Prohibit future participation

  • Cancel an affected order where legally permitted

  • Take any other appropriate action

These actions may occur without compensation for canceled points or rewards, except where prohibited by law.

𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗒𝗨𝗑𝗧 π—–π—Ÿπ—’π—¦π—¨π—₯π—˜

Members may request closure of their JMX Loyalty account by contacting JMX Support.

Unless prohibited by law, closing a loyalty account results in the forfeiture of all unused points, pending points, tier status, unredeemed rewards, referral benefits, and other program benefits associated with the account.

Closing a loyalty account does not necessarily close the member’s general JMX customer account. A member should clearly state whether they are requesting closure of the loyalty account, the customer account, or both.

JMX may suspend or close an account for program abuse, fraud, violation of these Loyalty Terms, prolonged inactivity, legal or security reasons, or discontinuation of the program.

π—–π—›π—”π—‘π—šπ—˜π—¦ 𝗧𝗒 𝗝𝗠𝗫 π—Ÿπ—’π—¬π—”π—Ÿπ—§π—¬

JMX may modify JMX Loyalty and these Loyalty Terms from time to time, subject to applicable law.

Changes may include:

  • Earning methods

  • Earning rates

  • Redemption rates

  • Reward values

  • Minimum purchase requirements

  • Point-expiration rules

  • Tier names or thresholds

  • Tier benefits

  • Referral offers

  • Approval periods

  • Eligible products

  • Free-product rewards

  • Annual limits

  • Discount-combination rules

  • Program eligibility

  • Participating locations or sales channels

When required by law, JMX will provide notice before a material change takes effect. Notice may be provided through the website, loyalty page, customer account, email, or another reasonable method.

Unless otherwise stated, changes apply prospectively from their effective date. Continued participation after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Loyalty Terms.

𝗣π—₯π—’π—šπ—₯𝗔𝗠 π—¦π—¨π—¦π—£π—˜π—‘π—¦π—œπ—’π—‘ 𝗒π—₯ π—§π—˜π—₯π— π—œπ—‘π—”π—§π—œπ—’π—‘

JMX may suspend or discontinue JMX Loyalty, in whole or in part, subject to applicable law.

If the program is discontinued, JMX may establish a reasonable final period for members to redeem eligible points and rewards. Any unused points or benefits remaining after that period may be canceled without cash payment or other compensation, except where prohibited by law.

JMX may suspend the program immediately when necessary because of fraud, security threats, technical problems, legal requirements, service-provider changes, events beyond our reasonable control, or other circumstances that make continued operation impractical.

𝗑𝗒 π—šπ—¨π—”π—₯π—”π—‘π—§π—˜π—˜ 𝗒𝗙 π—”π—©π—”π—œπ—Ÿπ—”π—•π—œπ—Ÿπ—œπ—§π—¬

JMX does not guarantee that the loyalty platform, rewards, referral system, customer accounts, or particular benefits will always be available without interruption or error.

Temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, service-provider outages, internet failures, inventory shortages, force majeure events, fraud prevention, or other circumstances does not entitle a member to compensation.

Nothing in these Loyalty Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

π—₯π—˜π—Ÿπ—”π—§π—œπ—’π—‘π—¦π—›π—œπ—£ 𝗧𝗒 π—’π—§π—›π—˜π—₯ 𝗝𝗠𝗫 π—§π—˜π—₯𝗠𝗦

These Loyalty Terms supplement the JMX Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy, and any terms displayed with a specific offer.

If there is a conflict between these Loyalty Terms and specific terms displayed with a reward or promotion, the more specific terms govern that reward or promotion.

If there is a conflict between these Loyalty Terms and the JMX Terms of Service regarding general website use, dispute resolution, limitations of liability, or governing law, the Terms of Service govern unless applicable law requires otherwise.

π—¦π—˜π—©π—˜π—₯π—”π—•π—œπ—Ÿπ—œπ—§π—¬

If any provision of these Loyalty Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

JMX’s failure to enforce any provision of these Loyalty Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
