Cancellation policy

𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬

Some products in our store may be available through recurring subscriptions. This policy explains how JMX subscriptions, recurring charges, changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize JMX to provide recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.

Subscription options may include delivery every month or every two months. Available frequencies may vary by product.

Your payment information is stored securely by our payment provider. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically before each recurring order is processed.

Subscription prices, discounts, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscription discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or loyalty rewards.

𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

You may manage your subscription through your JMX customer account. Depending on the available options, you may be able to:

  • View your active subscriptions

  • Review upcoming deliveries

  • Skip an upcoming delivery

  • Pause or resume your subscription

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Update your shipping address

  • Update your payment method

  • Cancel future subscription renewals

𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗦

You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time before your next recurring order has been processed.

Changes made after a recurring charge or order has already been processed may apply to the following subscription cycle. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment using the payment method connected to your subscription. You may receive an email asking you to update your payment information.

If payment cannot be completed after the available retry attempts, your subscription may be paused and the related order may not be processed.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬

Subscription products remain subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we may retry the order, delay or skip the affected delivery, or notify you that changes are required.

We do not guarantee that every subscription product will remain available indefinitely.

𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚

Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping method, order value, destination, and shipping policies in effect when each recurring order is processed.

A subscription discount does not automatically include free shipping unless expressly stated.

𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦

Subscription orders are subject to the same return, refund, and cancellation requirements as other JMX purchases.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically provide a refund for an order that has already been charged, processed, shipped, or delivered.
