SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
JMX currently ships orders placed through the official JMX website to eligible addresses within the United States.
Available shipping destinations and services are determined during checkout. We may be unable to ship certain products to particular states, territories, military bases, restricted locations, or other destinations because of carrier, legal, regulatory, or fulfillment limitations.
If an address or destination is not eligible for delivery, the applicable shipping option might not appear during checkout or the order may be canceled.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 2 to 5 business days after the order is accepted.
Business days generally do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time. The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Orders may require additional processing time because of:

Holidays or promotional periods.

Address or payment verification.

Fraud or security review.

Product preparation or labeling requirements.

Orders containing unusually large quantities.

Current standard shipping rates for eligible United States orders placed through the official JMX website are:
Orders weighing up to 0.50 pound: $4.99
Orders weighing more than 0.50 pound and up to 0.75 pound: $5.99
Orders weighing more than 0.75 pound and up to 1 pound: $6.99
Orders weighing more than 1 pound and up to 2 pounds: $8.99
Orders weighing more than 2 pounds and up to 3 pounds: $11.99
Orders weighing more than 3 pounds and up to 4 pounds: $13.99
Orders weighing more than 4 pounds and up to 5 pounds: $15.99
Qualifying orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping
The merchandise subtotal and eligibility shown during checkout determine whether an order qualifies for free shipping.
Discounts, promotions, product exclusions, destination restrictions, order weight, and other conditions may affect free shipping eligibility.
For orders that do not fall within the weight ranges listed above, any available shipping rate displayed during checkout will apply.
Shipping rates, thresholds, services, and eligibility requirements may be changed from time to time. The rate displayed and accepted during checkout governs the order.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
After fulfillment, standard United States delivery is generally estimated to take approximately 2 to 4 business days.
The total estimated time from placing an order to delivery is therefore usually the processing period plus the carrier’s estimated transit period.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Orders may arrive earlier or later than estimated because of carrier operations, weather, natural events, holidays, service interruptions, high shipping volume, security inspections, address issues, regional delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
JMX is not responsible for delays caused by a shipping carrier or circumstances outside the reasonable control of JMX after an order has been transferred to the carrier, subject to applicable law.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking information becomes available, it will generally be sent to the email address or telephone number associated with the order.
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created. The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already received or scanned the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive their packages.
Please verify that the email address and telephone number submitted with your order are accurate so that you can receive shipping notifications.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Products included in the same order may be processed or fulfilled separately.
An order may arrive in multiple packages, through different carriers, or on different dates. Separate tracking numbers may be provided for different packages.
Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing. Review all available tracking information before contacting Customer Support.
Customers will not ordinarily be charged additional shipping solely because JMX or its fulfillment provider divides one order into multiple shipments.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.
Carefully review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, postal code, email address, and telephone number before completing checkout.

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. JMX cannot guarantee that an address can be changed, corrected, or redirected after an order has been submitted.
JMX is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, or misdelivered orders caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an address error, refusal, failure to retrieve the package, or another issue attributable to the customer, JMX may, at its discretion:

Offer reshipment after the customer pays any applicable shipping and handling costs.

Issue store credit for the eligible product amount, excluding original shipping charges and return or handling costs.

Decline replacement or credit when the returned product cannot safely be restocked or resold.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders may enter processing soon after submission.
Contact support@jmxbrand.com immediately if you need to request an address correction, product change, flavor change, quantity adjustment, or cancellation.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be edited, redirected, changed, or canceled after it has been placed.
Once an order has been accepted, prepared, labeled, packaged, or transferred for fulfillment, it cannot ordinarily be modified or canceled.
Order cancellations, store credit, and legally required payment refunds are governed by the JMX Refund Policy.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Confirm that the shipping address shown on the order is correct.

Check around the delivery location, including porches, side doors, garages, mailboxes, and other secure areas.

Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, reception personnel, or mailroom personnel.

Allow additional time when a carrier records a package as delivered before completing the physical delivery.

Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
After completing these steps, contact support@jmxbrand.com with your order number and any information provided by the carrier.
A package marked as delivered is not automatically eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
Claims involving theft, delivery errors, package loss, or an incorrect address will be evaluated individually and may require a carrier investigation.
JMX is not responsible for theft or loss that occurs after a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided with the order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
A tracking delay or temporary lack of movement does not necessarily mean that a package has been lost.
Carrier scans may be delayed, skipped, or posted after the package has already moved to another facility.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or an order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, contact:

JMX may contact the carrier or fulfillment provider and request additional information before determining whether a package qualifies for further assistance.
Submitting a lost or delayed package claim does not guarantee a replacement, store credit, or refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING PRODUCTS
Inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, appears defective upon arrival, is different from the item ordered, or is missing from the delivered package, contact JMX within 30 calendar days after delivery at:

A detailed description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the product.

Clear photographs of the shipping package and shipping label.

Photographs showing visible damage, leaking, a broken safety seal, an incorrect item, or another relevant issue.
Keep the affected product, packaging, shipping materials, and shipping label until the claim has been reviewed.
Approved claims will generally be resolved through replacement of the affected item. If a replacement is unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided, JMX may issue store credit in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Do not mail a product to JMX, a manufacturer, a fulfillment provider, or an address displayed on the package without receiving written authorization from JMX Customer Support.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Original shipping charges are ordinarily nonrefundable and are not included in store credit unless JMX determines otherwise or applicable law requires another remedy.
Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, or customer requested reshipment are the responsibility of the customer.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Free shipping promotions may be subject to minimum purchase amounts, eligible products, eligible destinations, promotional periods, and other restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, free shipping applies only to the standard shipping method selected or assigned by JMX.
Free shipping has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for store credit or applied retroactively to an earlier order.
If an order is changed, partially canceled, or adjusted so that it no longer satisfies the applicable free shipping threshold, JMX may adjust the order as permitted by law.
PURCHASES FROM THIRD PARTY SELLERS
This Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed directly through the official JMX website.
Orders placed through Amazon, TikTok Shop, another marketplace, a physical retailer, a third party website, or another independent seller are governed by that seller’s applicable shipping, delivery, return, and customer service policies.
Questions regarding a third party purchase should be directed to the seller from whom the product was purchased.
CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY
JMX may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to carriers, fulfillment procedures, shipping rates, delivery areas, products, promotions, or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
The Shipping Policy in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
